Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all payments made on smmfollowers.in, operated by Misha Enterprises.

1. Adding funds

- Money added to your smmfollowers.in account is credited to your wallet balance and used to place orders on our panel.

- Any bonus credited on top of a deposit is promotional. It cannot be withdrawn or refunded.

2. Refunds for orders

- If an order cannot be started, is cancelled by our system or is only partially delivered, the undelivered amount is refunded automatically to your smmfollowers.in wallet balance.

- Once an order has started or is completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

- We do not refund orders placed with a wrong, private or deleted link or username. Please check your link before ordering.

- Delivery times are estimates. Orders that are processing will not be refunded only because they are taking longer than expected.

3. Refunds to your bank account

- Wallet balance is normally not refundable to your bank or UPI account.

- If money is debited from your account but not added to your wallet, or if you are charged twice for the same deposit, the extra amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after verification.

- To request this, contact us within 7 days of the payment with your transaction ID.

4. Chargebacks

Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may lead to your account being suspended. Please contact us first and we will help you resolve the issue.
